ClickMovie.com seeking content at NATPE for internet on-demand media portal
If You Got It, We Want It

NATPE Booth # 3264 ~ New Media Pavilion

San Francisco, CA - January 18, 2000 - ClickMovie.com, a world leader in Internet video-on-demand technology, today announced it will be at the National Association of Television Program Executives (NATPE) Annual Conference and Exhibition to acquire material from content providers to distribute via their industry unique Web site. The 37th annual NATPE, being held January 24-27, 2000 in New Orleans, will showcase the effect of the digital age and emerging technologies on the television industry. ClickMovie plans to take advantage of this opportunity and make content acquisition a priority.

"We know there are a lot of content providers out there simply itching to find an Internet distributor for their product, and we want them to know ClickMovie.com is the hands-down solution," said Scott Redmond, CEO of ClickMovie. "We offer many benefits for content providers, including profit sharing and control of content. We will be at NATPE aggressively pursuing all offers."

"We want content providers to know that we are the people they need to meet at NATPE," said Gregg Schoenborn, VP Business Development, who recently joined ClickMovie from Universal Pictures where he was VP Business Development. "We have the high-profile Web site to effectively distribute and market their content to the masses."

ClickMovie.com delivers full-screen, high-resolution quality straight from the Internet to the television. In addition to providing industry leading transmission speed and quality, ClickMovie's Tranz-CastTM technology also incorporates five layers of copy protection, including anti-piracy technologies. A Tranz-Cast movie automatically self-erases from the hard drive as it plays, preventing unauthorized copying.

"ClickMovie.com recognizes that content providers are the key ingredient in media-on-demand," says Tranz-Send COO Ted Hoff, formerly of Sega and Time Warner Interactive. "The studios are justifiably nervous that their investment in product may go down the drain. That is why we offer bulletproof copy-protection."

More on ClickMovie.com:

Tranz-Send Broadcasting Network is the parent company of ClickMovie.com. Its mission is to increase its lead as the premier provider of Internet broadcast technologies and services - providing home and business users with near DVD quality movies-on-demand, time-shifted television, business broadcasting, advertising exposure sales, and electronic music delivery. Tranz-Send will exploit other markets like distance learning, gaming, hi-definition medical imaging transfer, seismic data transfer and by licensing to partners with strong positions in these segments.

Tranz-Send's main distribution technology, called a Tranz-Cast, was initially developed in the '70s. A Tranz-Cast is not downloading, streaming or multi-casting, but rather a hybrid transmission system that provides a high speed, secure and piracy-proof connection via telephone, satellite, cable/modem, Internet/DSL, , ATM/ETM, standard dial-up or even antenna. Tranz-Send has developed or licensed over 42 technologies that enable it to deliver movies electronically to ClickMovie.com's primary target: the TV set using the PC as a set-top box. For the content owner, Tranz-Send offers multiple layers of security including the Tranz-Send invented process that self-deletes digital media files after one viewing.

Currently Tranz-Send provides three websites, www.clickmovie.com, www.mypersonalTV.com and www.freetrailers.com. ClickMovie.com is the ultimate online video and movie store and will provide "video-on-demand" access to hundreds of thousands of films from all over the world. MyPersonalTV provides the opportunity for home and business video producers to create their own videos and to post them on line. Freetrailers.com offers subscribers over 2200 free movie trailers of top Hollywood features. The online Convergence StoreT features books, hardware and software that can be purchased online and shipped via standard mail and package delivery.
