The broadcast of the tournament is enhanced for interactivity with tournament info, team stats, and quizes on UltimateTV and WebTV Plus. Although UltimateTV is heavily promoted throughout the broadcasts, you can get the same interactivity on WebTV Plus - so if you're satisfied with local TV or have cable TV, go check out WebTV Plus as well as UltimateTV at your local electronics store.

March 25, 2001 - After the continuing interactive broadcast of the NCAA Mens Basketball Tournament on CBS TV with Microsoft UltimateTV and WebTV Plus on Sunday afternoon, March 25, 2001, the TV viewer could switch to a telewebber experience in the evening either watching the "enhanced TV" broadcast of the Oscar Awards on ABC TV or watching "Homicide: The Movie" on NBC TV with NBC's commercials for a telewebber auction of memorabilia from "Homicide: Life On The Street" television series.
