It's been taking a while for Ruel to get around to updating this PVR section of the PC-TV pages, but for now here are a bunch of screenshots to give you an idea as how Ruel has been using the software for quite some time. Beyond Media Basic is packaged with the Firefly Remote Control.
Ruel customized the various buttons on the Firefly Remote Control.
For instance, the Firefly button in the middle is customized to go to
Beyond TV or to go to "Live TV" when inside any of the TV software
and the menu button goes to Firefly or goes to the EPG when in TV.
Beyond Media Basic uses a rudimentary file browser for selecting MP3 music.
Beyond Media Basic also uses a file browser for looking at digital pictures.
Beyond Media Basic has a "Snapstream Spotlight" for online entertainment
including CinemaNow, EPSN Now, Movielink, Napster, and other services.
Beyond Media Basic will let you access easy-to-use settings.
