This card is a PCI board and will work with any system, within the system requirements that are specified of course, which has a PCI slot. The basic system requirements are:

1) OS: MS-DOS, OS/2 3.0, Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows NT
2) Memory: 4MB or higher (16 MB is recommended when using Win95)
3) CD-ROM drive
4) 6MB of hard disk space
5) Monitor capable of displaying 800x600 @60 Hz

We will be using Tridents new 975 chip set which also supports 3D acceleration. Some of the options which will be available on the card will be 'Power on TV' (your system can boot up into TV mode), VHS/SVHS input, DCI function, DDC function, MPEG playback, PC to TV function, frame capture, video capture, etc... Buyers will also have the option of having a remote control.

This is just a few of the functions that are supported. This card will be available for sample evaluation around June 25th. Regarding distribution, we will be mainly using mail order companies and our current system integrators are also looking at this product to incorporate it into their systems.

Regarding the Win98, this card will have no problems to work with it, all it will need will be an additional driver which we will be providing on our web site for users.
